Putting the Pieces Back Together

Last year after hitting the point when I just couldn't stand working retail anymore, I decided that I should go back to school to find out what I wanted to do.  I had stopped going to school for a few years after spending too much time and money with absolutely nothing to show for it.  As it is, I will graduate with a total of 119 credits, but will only end up receiving a two year degree. When I went back to school, I ended up just taking a few random classes, all having to deal with computers.  I took two programming classes, some required computer classes, and a class on HTML (Web).  I wasn't a big fan of the programming classes, especially Visual Basic, but I didn't really hate them.  What I did enjoy was the HTML class.  It wasn't too difficult to follow along with and although at the time it was hard remembering some of the stuff, it has almost become second nature to me now. I've been trying to think of what I want to talk about next, but there has been a few different topics that I've been thinking about.  So, while I'm thinking about it I thought I'd at least post what will be probably showing up on here in the future. When I was born my parents lived in a mobile home in Hilbert, WI.  They had a cat before I was born and it didn't take to kindly to having me around all of a sudden.  They had to get rid of it as it had a tendency of trying to sleep on my face, which a baby tries enough to kill itself when it's young but having a cat, unintentionally I'm sure, trying to help with it wasn't good.  After awhile they decided they needed a bigger house and rented one in Bay Ridge which is in Appleton, WI.  They didn't actually sell the mobile home, but rented it instead so they were able to make some money from that as well as their jobs. My earliest memory was when I was three and I was playing with some Matchbox cars on the floor in the morning and my mom in a rush to get to work accidentally stepped on one of my favorite cars, crushing it.  An odd memory to be your first, but none the less that's what it is.  My best friend while living there was a girl name Ashley.  ...

This will probably be all over the place and will focus on two different yet connected aspects.  People who don't like negative things shouldn't even bother with this.  It's also long so don't read it if you have no time. ********************************************************************************* Walls are built to keep things in or to keep things out.  We build walls to keep or possessions away from people that we don't want to take them.  We also build walls to keep bad people away from the rest of society after they have committed a crime.  We also build walls inside our minds.  These walls tend to serve the same purpose as normal physical walls, but have varying degrees. Some people have mental walls that allow things to come in and out freely.  With control these people are able to deal with things freely and openly no matter what the feeling it may provoke may be.  Some people have mental walls that act like real walls and blocks...

I was born on August 1, 1986, just before morning cartoons were about to start (according to my mom at least).  I was about a month late, resulting in me weight 11lbs 6oz and causing my mom to get a cesarean section.  Being on the big size now is rather funny as I'm average weight while the rest of my immediate family (parents and grandma) are on the heavier side. I have always joked around with my family that I must have been switched at birth, because I have so many differences between them.  But as time has gone on I notice how similar I am to them.  I think like my dad, but have the intelligence and curiosity of my mom (although I excel in most areas compared to her).  My dad is a mechanical designer while I am going to school for web development and design (many differences, but more similarities then you'd think).  I've also noticed that as I've gotten older my parents have taken on things that I've done.  Only parents I know that pla...

To say what I plan on doing isn't a wise idea is an understatement. Most people would do this in a journal/diary and keep other people from seeing it. Me, I'm going to post it on the internet. It isn't going to be a day by day account of things that happen, but more of a history lesson on myself. You can call it an autobiography of sorts, but I'll be jumping all around my life touching on subjects and just reminiscing about stuff. As with everyone's life, some things are happy somethings aren't as happy. I'll be starting with a rather light note and then am going to head into a rather dark area in the post after that. I'm going to be as honest as possible, but I will probably leave names out here and there. How often stuff gets posted depends on the time and mood I have, but I hope to make them at least occasional. You may be asking yourself why I am being an idiot and posting this online.
